New cottages in South Huntsville celebrating their grand opening

If you head south on Memorial Parkway toward the Tennessee River, you’ll pass by a little cottage community that’s sprung up in the past year.

That’s The Cottages at Oak Grove Dairy, a South Huntsville rental community that’s celebrating their grand opening soon. Here’s everything you need to know.

Single-family homes with a community lifestyle

The Cottages at Oak Grove Dairy is a collection of 1- and 2-bedroom homes available for rent. Just like an apartment complex, they have amenities like a pool, clubhouse and community events.

However, unlike an apartment unit, you get your own single-family home. Each one is pet-friendly and boasts features like private porches, stainless steel appliances and open-concept floorpans.
