Dashu, a new Japanese restaurant, is coming to Airport Road

Here in Huntsville, we’re always excited to welcome new, local eateries to town.

Soon, we’ll be welcoming another one—and it’s for the sushi lovers. Here’s what you need to know about Huntsville’s newest Japanese restaurant—Dashu Japanese Cuisine and Bar.

When and where you can try it

Dashu Japanese Cuisine and Bar will be located at 964 Airport Rd SW, the site of the old Bacchus Wine and Tapas. We certainly miss Bacchus, but we’re excited that another unique local eatery is filling in the location.

The owners of Dashu are hoping to open at the end of March, and we will be keeping an eye out to see if anything changes—and we’ll keep you updated, of course!

When Dashu opens, they’ll be serving up authentic Japanese cuisine—including hibachi and sushi—and they’ll also have a bar inside.

We can’t wait to try Dashu out when it opens. Until then, though, here’s where you can get your sushi fix right now in the Huntsville area.
