The City of Huntsville and the Huntsville Housing Authority want to hear from residents at the final public meeting about the Mill Creek Project. Three previous meetings in October welcomed feedback about the project, which will redevelop Butler Terrace and Johnson Towers through infrastructure updates, additions of green space and creation of parks.
When is the final Mill Creek development meeting?
The final public meeting about the Mill Creek development will be on Wed., Nov. 8, at the Boys&Girls Club.
Neighbors and residents are invited to provide their input, view renderings and listen to short presentations.
What are the plans for Mill Creek?
The Mill Creek project proses creating 750 residential units mixed between market rate, Housing Authority, workforce and senior housing. The plan also includes pedestrian-oriented shopping focused on Governors Drive and Clinton Avenue.
