New museum, Bridge Street store + more new businesses in the Rocket City

The Huntsville area has some cool new businesses opening these days, with a new museum, another new shop at Bridge Street and more newcomers to the business community.

Welcome these new businesses to the Rocket City:

1. Signals Museum

Signals is a communication technology museum providing a hands-on, immersive experience where guests can explore, interact, and learn about communication technologies throughout history.

2. Bite Me Cupcakery

Locally-owned Bite Me Cupcakery is set to welcome guests at Bridge Street with luxe treats and bubble tea refreshments in a 1,500-square-foot space opening in March 2025 across from Agave & Rye. This new spot is one of multiple new businesses at Bridge Street.

3. Bank 47

Bank47, formerly LifeSteps Bank and Trust, has announced that it will establish headquarters in Huntsville. With a focus on concierge banking, Bank47 provides a tailored, high-touch experience for individuals, families and businesses navigating pivotal financial decisions.

4. 7 Brew

7 Brew Coffee, a popular drive-thru coffee shop known for its hand-crafted custom drinks, is opening a new location in Madison. Huntsville’s first 7 Brew Coffee opened last April, and you can also find two shops in Decatur.

5. Five Below

Five Below, the trendy high value discount store that caters to tweens, teens and beyond has officially opened its newest store in Madison.
