New Pollstar Award nominees include the Orion Amphitheater

The Orion Amphitheater has been nominated for another national award. The 36th Annual Pollstar Awards — which are among the most respected awards in the entertainment industry — have included the Orion among its nominees for Best Outdoor Music Venue.
And you can help the Orion win. Here’s how:
Orion nominated for Best Outdoor Music Venue
Nominations have been unveiled for the 36th annual Pollstar Awards, honoring the top tours, venues, live music executives, agencies, production companies and more in over 40 categories.
The Orion Amphitheater is among the nominees for the Red Rocks Award, which honors the best outdoor music venue. Here are the nominees:
- Budweiser Stage, Toronto, ON
- Greek Theatre, Los Angeles, CA
- Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood, CA
- Koka Booth Amphitheatre, Cary, NC
- Gorge Amphitheatre, George, WA
- The Orion Amphitheater, Huntsville, AL
Nominations for those actively involved with live performance were submitted by the Pollstar Awards nominating committee made up of agents, promoters, managers, producers, production professionals, venues representatives, Pollstar Box Office reporters and other touring professionals.
You can vote by logging on HERE. Voting is open now through Dec. 6.
In addition to subscriber votes, data reporting and ticket sales will be weighted elements in the final results in some categories. Winners will be announced at the Pollstar Awards in February during the three-day Pollstar Live! Conference.
