New single-family affordable housing community to open in Meridianville

A new single-family housing community, The Reserve at The Retreat, is set to open in Meridianville this Friday, July 24. A grand opening celebration is occurring between 11AM-3PM, which homeowners are encouraged to attend.
The complex was constructed by the Lennar Corporation, which is one of the largest homebuilding companies in the United States.
Homes start at entry-level prices in the mid $200Ks, with the goal of giving the community an attainable path to homeownership.
