- Affordable housing and year-round outdoor activities
- A blend of natural beauty, small-town charm and amenities for full-time living

- Seneca, South Carolina
- Hot Springs, Arkansas
- Chapin, South Carolina
- Guntersville, Alabama
- Dandridge, Tennessee
- Cornelius, North Carolina
- Clayton, Georgia
