New Starbucks at Huntsville apartment complex one of 9 new high-dollar building permits

Of the 12 new high-dollar building permits issued this past week, nine are for million-dollar-plus construction projects in North Alabama. Among those projects is the new Starbucks being built as part of The Constellation apartments in downtown Huntsville.

Starbucks at The Constellation

One of the new high-dollar building permits issued this past week is for a Starbucks being built in The Constellation apartment complex in Downtown Huntsville.

The mixed-use Constellation development includes 219 luxury apartment units ranging from studio to three-bedroom and a parking deck, and will soon include a Starbucks.

The Starbucks project is listed at $1.7 million, and Ecker Construction is listed as the lead contractor.
