Right now, his legacy is represented directly in Huntsville, AL at WARHOL: film, fashion, photography. You can see over 200 authentic Warhol pieces in-person at Huntsville Museum of Art — from Marilyn Monroe to the classic soup cans, photography to dress-making.

Andy Warhol is iconic for a reason. He is widely credited as the most popular pop artist, with his legacy forever changing the way artists create.
Warhol’s colorful style allowed for pop art ideals to spread rapidly, especially through his media of silkscreen painting, sketching and photography. Some of the pieces on display at WARHOL: film, fashion, photography include:

How did WARHOL: film, fashion, photography come to Huntsville Museum of Art?
For the staff at Huntsville Museum of Art, hosting this exhibit is a dream come true. Curator Natalie Mead and the curatorial staff at HMA have worked for over a year to bring the exhibit to life, and this will be the first (and only) time WARHOL: film, fashion, photography will be on display.
HMA Curator Natalie Mead spearheaded the effort to pull the exhibit together, sourcing works from various museums on loan:
“It has been an incredible privilege to bring this exhibition to Huntsville and share a side of Warhol’s work that many have not experienced before. While Warhol is often associated with his iconic pop art images, this exhibition reveals the remarkable range of his creativity—from experimental filmmaking and fashion illustration to celebrity portraits and photography. Together, these works tell the story of an artist who forever changed the way we understand art and contemporary culture.”
