NOW OPEN: Trashy Dawg at Bridge Street
Trashy Dawg, Bridge Street’s newest restaurant, officially opened for business last Friday. The “epic chicken and booze room” had originally planned to open at the end of August, and it’s the latest venture from Epic Brands, the creators of Agave & Rye.
What’s on the menu?
Trashy Dawg seeks to blend Southern comfort food with a fun, adult atmosphere. Their menu includes unique takes on class bar food including their “trashy sliders,” wings and tenders.
The restaurant serves its signature hotdog, “The Trashy Dawg,” on a pretzel bun with pimento cheese, a choice of sweet and spicy hotdogs, signature Trashy BBQ sauce, white onion, yellow mustard and crushed dill chips.
Boozy milkshakes, shots with edible glitter and a variety of salty and sweet bar snacks complete their one-of-a-kind vision.
