What to expect for Panoply 2026

More than 300 artists from all over the country applied to participate in this year’s festival, and 115 were chosen (33 of which are first-time Panoply participants). These artists represent 22 different states.
As far as music is concerned, 17 local music acts were chosen to play for the weekend, with 13 making their Panoply debut. The headliners for each day are:
- Friday: Jazz McKenzie (finalist from “The Voice”)
- Saturday: Otis Walker Band (who will be joined on stage with other local musicians paying tribute to the late Microwave Dave Gallaher)
- Sunday: Double Barrel (local Southern rock band)
“We are so grateful to Mayor Battle and the City Council’s support of the arts year round, but especially for their valuable partnership during Panoply weekend. The entire city rallies behind this event.”
Allison Dillon-Jauken, Executive Director, Arts Huntsville
City Administrator John Hamilton said city leaders value the partnership with Arts Huntsville to put on the festival and added that the festival itself is part of Huntsville culture.
“Art is who we are as a community and Panoply represents that. There’s a little something for everyone here, which makes it just a phenomenal experience.”
John Hamilton, City Administrator
