A new café and bar “hideaway” in Huntsville just subtly announced their March opening.

Goodbye Horses is a rustic, softly lit café and bar that plans to serve coffee, cocktails and small plates. With a proposed location off of Johnson Rd, the spot sets out to be a “low key, high-dive, hideaway.”

The team behind Goodbye Horses has been cryptic about many aspects of their upcoming launch; however, we’re already excited based on these sneak peaks.

Opening teased on social media

While not much has been released about the spot, the team released a “Coming Soon” website page, and veiled Instagram page hinting at their upcoming launch.

Additionally, ownership included a quotation that appears alongside their website.

“High-Dive. No velvet rope, no scene—just good people, good pours and a place that feels like yours the moment you walk in.

Tucked away from the noise, we’re a come-as-you-are kind of place serving honest food, strong coffee, well-made drinks and cold beer without the fuss. Drop in for a quick espresso, stay for a late-night cocktail or lose track of time altogether.”

Their Instagram bio also hints at the food and beverage offerings to expect upon opening, listing cocktails, craft coffee and small plates as potential fare.
