Shop Black Fest returns to Huntsville — 3 things to know
Since its first stop in Huntsville last April, Shop Black Fest has traveled to Memphis, Nashville and St. Louis. Now, we’re excited to welcome back this amazing celebration to Rocket City on August 19! If you missed the first day, we highly recommend you check out this fun festival that celebrates local Black entrepreneurship, culture and community.
1. General admission is FREE
You read that right! The general admission ticket allows you to enjoy all the fun going on at Shop Black Fest. Browse the vendors and food trucks, dance with the DJ and watch top-notch performances — all for free.
If you want a more immersive experience, check out the VIP tickets, which are currently $35 plus fees. These tickets grant you front-row access to the main stage, a VIP gift bag, VIP lounge access and two free drinks. Grab the Early Bird VIP tickets before July 19, when the price will increase to $50 plus fees.
2. There will be 150+ local Black-owned businesses in attendance
Shop Black Fest has supported over 1,400 Black entrepreneurs since 2021, and they don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. If you have any favorite Black-owned businesses in the Rocket City, you can count on them being there.
