Meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits and more. What do you look forward to the most on your charcuterie board? You’re sure to love any board from Graze. Each charcuterie board is handmade by Meredith Nunnally.

Meredith considers herself to be a foodie. After taking a look at her boards, it’s easy to see why.

You can order lunch boxes, charcuterie boards, grazing tables, charcuterie cups and even custom themed boards. Check out the menu for pricing. Your order will be available for delivery or pick up.

We asked her how she came up with the name for Graze.

“I decided on Graze because I’ve always been a grazer. I do a lot of snacking throughout the day. To be honest, its a lifestyle. Now, that’s all my family does. We graze all day.”

—Meredith Nunnally, Owner, Graze Charcuterie Co.

Are you a grazer too?

2. You can learn how to make your own charcuterie board

Meredith partners with another small business to bring charcuterie classes to Huntsville. With the help of Chris from Honey Box, you can take classes on how to pair wine and cheese, how to build your own charcuterie board and even jam and cheese pairings. These classes will give you tips and tricks to become a pro hostess, so everyone will want you to host.

You’ll even learn techniques, like specific ways to cut your meat, cheese and fruit.

“I love the charcuterie, so I started to learn some techniques. Over time it has transformed and developed into my own style of charcuterie.”

—Meredith Nunnally, Owner, Graze Charcuterie Co.

Meredith has worked in many different industries, including restaurants. When the pandemic hit, Meredith decided to live out her dreams—a cheese shop. In March, her dream came true and Graze Charcuterie Co. started.

She has been touched by the community’s support.

“Thus far, the best part of Graze Charcuterie Co. is the customers and local community. I had no idea how supportive people actually are. It has been so amazing.”
