Southern Living names Huntsville’s Space & Rocket Center the best museum in the South

Each year, lifestyle magazine Southern Living highlights who they consider to be the best museum in the South. This year, Huntsville’s U.S. Space & Rocket Center took home the honor. Keep reading to learn why Southern Living named the U.S. Space & Rocket Center the South’s Best Museum of 2022.

The Space & Rocket Center

The Saturn V rocket at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center has become an icon in Hunstville. College students coming home post it on their Instagram stories, proms and other parties host their occasions under the rocket’s sparkling lights and Space Camp inspires generations of new astronauts.
