Stoney River Steakhouse opening new location in Madison

Nashville-based restaurant chain Stoney River Steakhouse will open a new location in Madison in 2025. The steakhouse concept, owned by J Alexander’s, will be the chain’s 14th restaurant nationally, and the first location in Alabama.

Stoney River Steakhouse coming to Madison
Founded in 2000, Stoney River Steakhouse is an upscale steakhouse, specializing in hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood selections, signature salads and house specialties.
The chain currently has restaurants in Georgia, Maryland, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee and North Carolina.
Here’s what to know about the new Madison location:
- The new location will be at 563 John Henry Way, Madison, AL 35758.
- The restaurant plans to hire 65-70 team members for all hourly positions, including front-of-house and back-of-house roles.
- It will be open seven days a week.
- The location will open in early 2025.
