The Presbyterian Home for Children’s Sweet Home Soirée is one of the organization’s largest fundraising events of the year.

This year’s event will honor the Presbyterian Woman of North Alabama. Presbyterian women from across Alabama came together to raise the funds needed to form the Presbyterian Home for Children 155 years ago. They have given unwavering support for the Home to provide a place of healing and a path of hope.

So, here’s more info on the event:

  • The event is May 11 at the Von Braun Center, and begins at 5:30PM.
  • Auction items include a trip to Myrtle Beach, tickets to a MIssissippi State football game, a stay at the Farmhouse Sanctuary Bed & Breakfast and some incredible artwork, among other items.
  • Live music will be performed by saxophone player Jerry Robbins.
  • Tickets can be purchased here.
