1. Select Mattress
One of a couple of new businesses in Madison, Select Mattress is a locally owned business that serves its customers by appointment only — to offer 1-on-1 guidance and to ensure customers receive the best mattress for their sleeping preferences.

This Florida-based restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes. The restaurant will replace Gates Cleaners, which recently moved into a new space within the same shopping plaza.

3. Bath + Body Works
Madison’s first Bath & Body Works is coming to the Shoppes at Madison. Although a specific date has not been announced, we do know it will open this fall.

Dutch Bros. coffee has been expanding its footprint in the Huntsville area in the last year, and a the latest location just opened on University Blvd.
