Take a look at these new voting precinct changes in Limestone County
Reading time: 2 minutes

The Limestone County Board of Registrars is notifying voters of two updates to voting precincts ahead of upcoming elections. The Limestone County Commission recently approved the relocation of one existing precinct and the establishment of one new precinct.
Here’s what to know:
Changes in polling locations in Limestone County

The changes are as follows:
- Westside Community Center will no longer serve as a polling location. All voters who previously voted at Westside Community Center will now be assigned to Owens Campus – Alabama Connections Academy, located at 21465 Highway 99, Athens, AL 35614.
- First Bible Church, located at 29113 Huntsville-Brownsferry Road, Madison, AL 35756, has been approved as a new voting precinct, a change driven by the continued growth in that area of the county.
Voters impacted by these changes should receive a voter information card in the mail.
With the May 19 primary election coming up, the Board of Registrars reminds residents that the last day to register to vote or update an existing voter registration is May 4. However, the board strongly encourages voters not to wait until the deadline to register or make any necessary updates to their registration information.
Voters can register or update their information anytime by visiting https://www.sos.alabama.gov/alabama-votes/voter/register-to-vote.
Anyone with questions about the precinct changes or their voter registration status is encouraged to contact the Limestone County Board of Registrars during normal business hours directly at (256) 233-6405 or by email at limestone@vote.alabama.gov.
