This summer has already included a bevy of new businesses opening or announcing an opening here in the Huntsville area.
Between Huntsville, Madison and Athens alone, we have seen several new businesses open in recent weeks. And we have some more to tell you about this week:
1. Bank Independent’s South Huntsville branch
Bank Independent, based in Sheffield, has been expanding its footprint in Huntsville in recent months, and continues to do so — opening a new branch in South Huntsville last week.

2. Southern Throne Boutique
Located in the heart of downtown Athens, Southern Throne Boutique promises to redefine Southern fashion with its curated collection of women’s apparel, offering sizes S through 3X in every style.

3. BAAM Huntsville
This new night spot in Huntsville is opening soon, and looks to become one of the Rocket City’s premier live music venues and nightlife destinations.

A new golf simulator/sports bar is opening in Athens, and the grand opening could not come soon enough! If you love to play golf but don’t want a heat stroke, this is the place for you!
