The best 4 things we ate in Huntsville this March
Before we head into April, let’s do a quick recap of the best of March—food edition.
We went out and tried some new things around Huntsville this month, and boy are we glad we did. Here’s our team’s favorite eats from March.
1. The Rocket Pizza at Valentina’s Pizzeria + Wine Bar
“This pizza presents the perfect balance of flavors: the tang of jalapeños and hot honey paired with the richness of whipped ricotta and savory bacon.”

3. Fried Green Tomato Salad at The Brewers Cooperative
“I’m a sucker for good fried green tomatoes, and would have gladly just enjoyed these on their own, but they’re even better in the salad.”

4. Veggie Clay Pot from Viet Huong
I’m a bit embarrassed to say that this was the first time I’ve ever been to Viet Huong, having lived in Huntsville my whole life. I’ve heard rave reviews about it, and they didn’t disappoint. I got the Veggie Clay Pot, which had way more flavor and texture than I was expecting.
