Of the 19 building permits issued this past week across the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million, four are for projects in Madison County, with two of those issued for expansion to an apartment complex at Clift Farm.

Two building permits for $1.7 million each were issued to Sterling Highlands for construction at The Collier at Clift Farm.

The 300+ unit apartment community in Madison offers one, two and three-bedroom floorplans and is located approximately 15 minutes from Huntsville.
