A new seafood restaurant has been a significant request for the Huntsville-area, and now an Alabama staple is coming to Madison.
Chuck’s Fish is opening a new location at Clift Farm in the fall of 2024, according the the Chuck’s Fish website.
About the new seafood restaurant
The restaurant is named for civil rights attorney Charles “Chuck” Morgan Jr. His son, Charles Morgan III, had the idea to open a seafood restaurant that showcased the best grub that the Gulf of Mexico had to offer.
Chuck’s Fish currently has six locations:
- Tuscaloosa (opened 2006)
- Birmingham (opened 2009)
- Mobile (opened 2017)
- Athens, Ga. (opened 2019)
- Tallahassee, Fla. (opened 2020)
- Montgomery (opened 2022)

You can find a variety of your favorite seafood dishes at Chuck’s Fish. Including:
- Gulf seafood gumbo
- Crab cakes
- Stuff + fried shrimp
- Gulf fish of the day
- Sushi rolls, sashimi + nigiri
