In 1985, at the age of 25 years old, John Robinson left the world of insurance and started his own painting company in Tuscaloosa. Fifty years later, his company is still in operation, proving that quality work and an outstanding reputation go a long way.

Mason started working with his father at the age of 15 and mastered the skills of the craft. He worked side-by-side with his dad in Tuscaloosa for 10 years before he and his wife, Carlyn, decided to relocate their family to Huntsville.

Mason launched Huntsville Painting Company in 2021. He runs the day-to-day operations and his dad assists him in a part-time capacity—as a business partner and expert babysitter.
