Space Works: A Learning Lab

This new addition to the U.S/ Space & Rocket Center is a makers space where the center’s education team leads creative and immersive labs for the center’s visitors.

With a focus on STEM, the new feature — open to kids of all ages — also includes:

  • Redesigned exhibit spaces
  • Learning labs
  • Opportunities in 3-D printing, coding and design
  • Puzzles and activities where kids can do hands-on research

The lab, located inside the original museum building, is made possible by members of the Schonrock family, who have provided multi-generational support to the USSRC.
