UNA bids farewell to historic Braly Stadium this weekend

Saturday is a bittersweet day for the University of North Alabama football team, as the Lions will play their final game at the historic Braly Municipal Stadium.

UNA hosts Southern Utah Saturday, with a 1PM kickoff.

Braly Municipal Stadium has been home football facility for UNA since the rebirth of the Lions’ football program in 1949. North Alabama holds a 281-134-8 all-time record there. Notably, the Lions won three consecutive national championships in the 1990s.
