What are the best restaurants in Huntsville? Here’s our opinion
Reading time: 7 minutes

If you threw together a list of the “BEST” restaurants in a particular city, you are going to get some argument, because “best,” when it comes to food, is completely subjective. However, the Hville Blast staff (all of us avid restaurant-goers) wanted to put together a list of top restaurants in Huntsville, with some specific criteria.
To come up with our final list, each of us here in the Hville Blast office listed our 10 favorite restaurants, and then we added in the top 10 lists from online consumer websites (TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc), and found the restaurants that were most commonly listed.
We did have some restrictions: The restaurants must be local, and we must have eaten at each one more than once.
So who made our list?
Canadian Bakin’

- Hours: Wednesday-Sunday, 7AM-2PM
- Details
“Every time I go to Canadian Bakin’, I tell myself I’m just grabbing one thing… and then I walk out with a whole box.”

“This homey bagel spot has earned its way to my weekly rotation. Unsolicited advice: get a bacon + egg bagel with fig + honey cream cheese, and your life will change. I love Saturday mornings when the line is out the door, and you see countless locals young and old all enjoying their bagels.”
Elizabeth Hobbs, Senior Content Producer
“They are a cornerstone of the community. Coffee shops downtown will seek out their bagels and they put such time and care into everything they create. Constantly evolving specials make sure you never get bored with their menu + the ambience is like you stepped into an episode of Friends.”
