Meet Niyah

With two kids, Niyah’s day typically starts pretty early—at 5:45AM, to be precise. After getting them ready and out the door, she makes her way to the job site around 8AM
Her days consist of visiting various customers’ homes to troubleshoot internet issues or install new products. She enjoys taking time before the hands-on work starts to hear from the customer and learn how Xfinity can serve them best.
