WorldAtlas names Athens in new list of standout Main Streets

It comes as a surprise to no one that Athens was included in WorldAtlas’ list of standout Main Streets in Alabama. This isn’t the first time WorldAtlas has included Athens in its lists; in fact, it’s the sixth time the city has made the cut!

What can we say? It’s hard not to fall in love with downtown Athens.

The article mentions some of Athens’ best features, from its historic downtown charm to its cutesy boutiques, local shops + dining scene.
