From scratch, authentic Italian cooking

SaZa’s approach to Italian food is to recreate timeless classics with an innovative twist. Moises Alvarado—the Executive Chef—is as creative as it gets. He’s literally always cooking something new, so make sure to keep an eye on their specials.

We got to get a sneak peek into the way he runs the kitchen, and we were impressed. All the sauces were carefully made from scratch, and the pizza crust actually originates from a special dough made with spring water in Utica, New York by Dioro’s bakery.
