Since it’s February, we’re all in the mood for something sweet. With over-the-top Valentine’s displays in grocery and retail stores reminding us of all the tasty confections, I’ve never craved chocolate more. So, if you’re ready to satisfy your sweet tooth, keep reading for our guide to 12 of the best chocolate treats in the Huntsville area.

L’Etoile Pattiserie is a local bakery cranking out some seriously delicious sweets. If you’re in the mood for a delicate chocolate treat that will satisfy but not overfill you have to try their Pain Au Chocolat. The flakey buttery croissant is filled with chocolate and baked to perfection.

Homewood, Alabama’s small-batch cookie shop has finally come to Huntsville and if you haven’t been it’s time to change that. When you do make it to the new storefront I recommend trying the famed White Trash. Want something really chocolate? The Triple Chocolate is the way to go.
