While there’s no shortage of live music shows in the Huntsville area this weekend, here are 5 shows that you might want to check out:

• Mania – The ABBA Tribute: Nov. 18, Mars Music Hall, 8PM. Enjoy the tunes of ABBA at this tribute show!
• Five O’clock Charlie: Nov. 18, Fractal Brewing, 7PM. This is just a hard-nosed rock and roll show. Check it out.
• Warren Zieders: Nov. 19, Mars Music Hall, 5PM. One of the best live shows in the country music industry these days is coming to the Mars Music Hall.
• Aaron Bradley: Nov. 19, Stovehouse, 6PM. Check out this all ages show at the Stovehouse! Great music and good time!
• Smile Empty Soul: Nov. 19, Shagnasty’s Grubbery, 8PM. This is hard rock at its most classic!

Huntsville Havoc + more sports & fitness

If you want to catch some awesome professional hockey, this is a great weekend to do so, as your very own Huntsville Havoc will play two home games this weekend! Here are some of the sports and fitness activities to check out in the area this weekend:

• Huntsville Havoc: Nov. 18-19. Von Braun Center. 7PM. The Huntsville Havoc play two home games this weekend, against Roanoke Friday night and Peoria Saturday night.
• Alabama A&M vs. Texas Southern: Nov. 19, Lewis Crews Stadium, 1PM. Cheer on the Bulldogs as they host Texas Southern Saturday!
• Beginner Scuba Class: Nov. 19, Southeaster Divers, 8AM. Learn the basics of scuba diving at this beginner’s class at Southeastern Divers in Huntsville!
• Dizzy 50K: Nov. 19, Monte Sano State Park, 7AM. This 2022 Dizzy Fifties 50K trail run is a great course for a first time 50K runner or for seasoned ultra runners as well.
• UAH Basketball: Nov. 19, Spragins Hall, 2PM (women’s game), 4PM (men’s game). UAh men’s and wo,en’s basketball teams are at home Saturday hosting AUM. Go Chargers!

• Disney’s Beauty & the Beast Jr.: Nov. 18-19, Drake State Campus Theater, 7PM. Catch this fun performance of the beloved Disney story.
• The Flip Sports Card & Collectibles Trade Show: Nov. 19, Von Braun Center, 10AM-5PM. Collectors of sports cards, Pokemon cards and more can come out and see hundreds of vendors selling and swapping cards!
• Galaxy of Lights Walking Night: Nov. 19, Huntsville Botanical Garden, 5PM. Don’t miss this extraordinary display of lights through the beautiful Huntsville Botanical Garden.
• Huntsville Al Exotic Pet Expo: Nov. 19-20, Jaycee Community Building, 9AM. Come and check out, reptiles, birds, mammals, supplies, feeders, and more.
• 12th Annual Chili Cook Off: Nov. 20, Sports Page Lounge & Deli, 12PM. This is a great time of year for chili, and this event promises to offer some of the best!
