It’s been a hot summer, Huntsville, and we’re all ready to cool down with some fun fall events.

Fall displays for the aesthetic ones

If you’re like me, you’re ready to grab the pumpkins and get to decorating. Along with displaying autumn decor throughout the grounds, the Huntsville Botanical Garden is also hosting interactive fall decorating classes.

Open Daily:

  • Fall Displays: Signs of the season will grace the garden—asters, black-eyed Susans, perennials mums and more.

  • Historic Tractor and Wagon Photo Op: Check out the old 1949 Ford Tractor and wooden-wheel flatbed wagon—ideal for your autumn family photos.

  • Pumpkins in the Garden: Get ready to take all your autumn photos beside seasonal displays of locally-grown pumpkins.

  • Scarecrow Trail: The Huntsville Botanical Garden is brimming with personality in autumn, featuring scarecrows made by local community members.

  • Fall Floral Centerpiece Class: Make your own pumpkin centerpiece you can take home and learn about festive floral design.

  • Natural Fall Wreaths Class: Get in the know about what you can grow in your home landscape and create a natural autumn wreath for your home.
    • October 19 | 6-8PM
