2 new restaurants now open at Huntsville airport

Huntsville International Airport has two new dining/beverage options. A Starbucks and a new pizza restaurant, Interstellar Pizza, are now open at HSV.

Here’s what we know:

Starbucks + Interstellar Pizza open at HSV

Starbucks and Interstellar Pizza are located in a 2,000-square- foot area between concourse gates 8 and 10.

Both restaurants will be open one hour prior to the first flight through the arrival of the last flight of the day.

More new stuff at Huntsville airport

These new restaurants aren’t the only new additions at HSV this summer. New restrooms were installed in the airport last month. The new restrooms are located on the east side of the concourse adjacent to Gate 4 and the set of family restrooms completed earlier in 2025.

The mid-concourse restroom expansion was designed by EDT-THA with construction by Robins & Morton at a budget of just over $5.7 million, funding that was provided by the 2021 Bilateral Infrastructure Law.

Details include:

• The footprint of the original restrooms has been doubled in size.
• They have touch-free, automatic fixtures.
• They include stainless steel, gap-free doors with occupancy indicators.
• Backlit mirrors in the vanity area
