4 new building permits totaling $9.5 million approved in Madison County

Of the 15 building permits issued this past week in Alabama for construction projects exceeding $1 million, four are for projects in Madison County.

These four permits total nearly $10 million, with the largest being a $5 million permit on Slaughter Road in Madison.
