4 new construction permits issued for million-dollar-plus projects

There were seven new construction permits issued this week statewide for projects exceeding $1 million, and four of those are in the Huntsville area.

Included in those new permits is a new industrial property in Madison. Read more to find out the scoop:

250 Royal Drive in Madison + more

A new industrial property is under construction in Madison. Located along Royal Drive, the property is just three miles from the Huntsville airport, nine miles from the new Mazda Toyota Plant and six miles to the Amazon Fulfillment Center. Each of the two 10,000 square-foot buildings sit on one acre of land and include:

  • Drive-in bays + exterior dock doors
  • Negotiable office square footage depending on need of tenant
