4 new openings in Huntsville that you don’t want to miss—boba, sushi and more
Let’s kick off the week on a high note—with some new and coming-soon spots in Huntsville.

1. Dashu
On Airport Road, you might have seen a new sign next door to familiar ones like Sweet Pineapple and Valley Sole. That sign is for a new Japanese restaurant, Dashu, opening March or April and serving up sushi, hibachi and more. Read the full story here.

2. Kung Fu Tea on Whitesburg Drive
We love our boba spots here in Huntsville, so we’re excited to see another one going in on Whitesburg Drive. Kung Fu Tea already has a location at MidCity, and now they’re opening a second Huntsville location on Whitesburg Drive.

3. Hound and Harvest
Hound and Harvest is the exciting new chapter for Huntsville’s beloved vegan food truck, Hippea Camper. They’re partnering with Northside Coffee to bring Huntsville a new dog-friendly cafe and bistro with a massive vegan menu as well as meat options, plus high-quality coffee.

4. The Gallery at Lowe Mill
There’s a lot of multifamily developments going up in Huntsville right now, and here’s another one to add to the list. The Gallery at Lowe Mill is going up on the corner of 9th Avenue and Seminole Drive (right across from Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment), and it will include 107 units when complete.
