Our beloved Huntsville coffee shops keep things fresh each month (one of the many reasons we love them).

In February, they’re pulling out the flavors of Mardi Gras and Valentine’s Day for some seriously unique drinks. Here’s what you’ve got to try.

1. Rose Quartz Latte at Offbeat Coffee Studio

Leave it to Offbeat to create a latte with dragonfruit in it. The Rose Quartz Latte has rose tea, dragonfruit and Piper & Leaf Velvet Bliss black tea. And can we take a moment to appreciate the name?

2. King Cake Latte at The Greenroom

Huntsville’s got plenty of King Cake to go around, including lattes. At The Greenroom, you can drink your King Cake latte in the festive Mardi Gras atmosphere they’ve got going on at The Camp.

3. Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Latte at Dragon’s Forge

This Valentine’s Day themed latte is only sticking around until February 11, so you’ll want to act quick. If you really want to take it to the next level, get one of their limited-time red velvet heart cakes to go with your chocolate-covered strawberry latte.

4. Brooke’s Favorite at Angel’s Island Coffee

If you’re wanting to hang on to the cozy flavors of winter, Brooke at Angel’s Island Coffee has you covered. Her favorite is an espresso latte infused with hazelnut, white chocolate and toasted marshmallow.

5. Spiced Strawberry Matcha at Charlie Foster’s

Matcha lovers, this one’s for you. Charlie Foster’s special Spiced Strawberry Matcha has two beautiful layers when it comes out and turns a beautiful green after stirring (but don’t worry, the strawberry flavor is still there!).
