7 Huntsville townhomes among new $1M+ building permits

This past week, 21 new building permits were issued across the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million, These permits included 11 projects in the Huntsville area.

Seven of these permits are for townhomes in the new Grant Park REV3 at The Celeste, a 172-unit build-for-rent townhome community under construction in Huntsville.

The community features three-bedroom townhomes averaging 1,496 square feet, each offering open-concept layouts and one- or two-car garages.

The seven permits together totaled $7.7 million.
