1. The Revivalist—Forbidden Fruit + Figgy Sour

The Revivalist has one of the most beautiful bar backdrops in Huntsville and offers an upscale ambiance—the perfect place to relax on wintry evenings.

We recommend trying the Figgy Sour—a unique combination of reposado, amaro, lime, red wine fig reduction and egg white—and the Forbidden Fruit—a warm blend of rum, apple juice, apple shrub and house-made Chantilly cream.

2. Domaine South—Giocoso + Le Reina

Domaine South showcases a cozy environment straight out of a classic English novel, making it the perfect wintertime hang. This season, we recommend trying the Giacoso and La Reina.

If you love light, fruit-forward flavors, the Giacoso will be your go-to, featuring tequila, lime, pomegranate, amaro, cappelletti and Peychaud bitters.

If you love the classic Old Fashioned, you’ll enjoy La Reina—a potent mixture of rye whiskey, amaro and 1821 Havana+ Hide bitters.

3. The Open Bottle—Shanghai Mai Tai + Fireside Old Fashioned

The Open Bottle features a casual, relaxing environment with upscale drinks. On their seasonal menu, you can find two of our favorite cocktails—The Shanghai Mai Tai and Fireside Old Fashioned.

The Shanghai Mai Tai is a unique fusion of Jamaican rum, lime, amaro and five-spice orgeat, and the Fireside Old Fashioned features pecan-infused bourbon, spiced syrup and aromatic bitters.

4. Old Black Bear—Salted Caramel Martini + Hot Toddy
