This week, we are thrilled to introduce you to nine new members of the Huntsville business community. Some of these newcomers are already open, while a handful of them will open next month. Either way, they have chosen the Rocket City to do business, and we always love to hear that!

- What: You are going to want to try out this new spot, an upscale, wine-driven dining experience inspired by Napa Valley’s wine country.

- What: City Barbeque, a national fast-casual restaurant chain, is now open in Huntsville — the popular chain’s first Alabama location.

Prodigal Home Resource Center

- What: This organization aims to connect underserved families and individuals with services such as GED prep, financial literacy classes, food and clothing pantry and faith-based mentorship.

Goodbye Horses
- What: Goodbye Horses is a rustic, softly lit café and bar that plans to serve coffee, cocktails and small plates. With a proposed location off of Johnson Rd, the spot sets out to be a “low key, high-dive, hideaway.”

Grimaldi’s (Clift Farm)

- What: Another Grimaldi’s is opening soon in the Huntsville area, this time at Clift Farm. The popular Brooklyn-syle pizza joint will open in March.

- What: This new deli is described by its owners as “a haven for Italian flavors,” with an impressive selection of healthy options.

- What: Viet Cuisine, a local favorite for delicious Vietnamese food, is opening a new location in South Huntsville called Viet Taste.

- What: Melt has already established itself in the Huntsville area as a go-to for fabulous sandwiches and tasty cocktails at its Jefferson Street location. The eatery will soon open a new location in Clift Farm.

Mojana Soaps (new building)
- What: Mojana Soaps in Downtown Huntsville was getting so popular they needed to expand! They’re still right there at Clinton Row, just a little bigger!
