The rental market here in the Huntsville area continues to heat up, as apartment complexes and rental communities are breaking ground throughout Madison County.

Rent in Huntsville is up nearly 5 percent since last year, while average rent in Madison has remained roughly the same. Here’s a look at average rent in our communities in and around the Rocket City:

According to Rent.com, rent for apartments in Huntsville ranges between $1,029 and $1,189 per month, and the average rent for apartments in Madison has stood between $1,323 and $1,626 in 2024.
