After facing closure, Huntsville indoor dog pool will stay open

In December of 2024, Dog Splash — the state’s only indoor dog pool — was facing certain closure as the owner was unable to maintain the park financially.
Luckily, the business has been revived by tremendous support from the Huntsville dog-loving community.
Dog Splash will remain open
According to a report by WHNT, an outpouring of support from the Huntsville community — and a host of local dog owners — has allowed the facility to stay open.
Owner Caleb Ballew told WHNT that throughout January and February (after a report on the station aired about the pool’s possible closure) business increased exponentially, with many new customers and former customers who had not been to the facility in a while visiting Dog Splash to show their support.
