Anthem House should be completed by 2025. (RCP Companies)

Anthem House is a new multi-million dollar mixed-use development located in Huntsville’s booming MidCity District—an area that’s expected to top $1.5 billion in private investments over the next five years. Once complete, Anthem House will include:

  • 330 apartment units
  • 35,000 square feet of creative office space
  • 32,000 square feet of street-level retail space

RCP Companies anticipates completing the Anthem House development by early 2025.

Meridian Arts Club

The Meridian Arts Club is a new music venue and entertainment spot at 108 Cleveland Ave. N.W. near Furniture Factory Bar & Grill and just off Meridian Street, the space formerly occupied by A.M. Booth’s Lumberyard.

The project includes more than just the Meridian Arts Club. It also include:

  • Ferrovia, a fresh take on a sourdough pizzeria
  • The Kiln, a rough-and-ready bar and performance space
  • The mainstay of The Lumberyard remains: the 1920s dining rail car stationed in the central courtyard, preserved from the prohibition era.
