Calling all Huntsville folks with an unmistakable sweet tooth! We’ve rounded seven of the top bakeries in Huntsville so that you’ll be able to get a taste of something sweet.

1. Canadian Bakin

Here at Hville Blast, we love a breakfast sandwich and our fav place to grab an authentic bagel would be Canadian Bakin. It’s the closest thing to delicious New York bagel sandos.

OUR REC: For a weekend treat, try the fathead, a chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese, bacon and maple syrup sandwiched in between. It’s only available Saturdays and Sundays.

2. L’Etoile

Bonjour tout le monde! For a French-style patisserie that serves Parsian-inspired treats that feels like you’re walking les rues of Paris, head to L’Etoile.

OUR REC: The brioche feuilletee made with rich, melted chocolate and creme is to die for.

3. The Moon Bakeshop

Every Saturday make your way to The Moon Bakeshop for their pizza by the slice dish. The food has Southern and European-influenced flavors, so the taste is unique to Huntsville. It’s something to dream about!

OUR REC: We love the housemade margarita pizza. It’s fresh, cheesy and authentically delicious.

4. Batter Up Bakery

I don’t know about you! (Batter Up Bakery)

For your sugary cookie fix and genuine family-owned biz feels, order from Batter Up Bakery. This is one of the bakeries in Huntsville that dedicates their craft to specialty cakes, so you’ll see the stunning designs when visiting.

OUR REC: For your next party, order one of their flavorful and beautiful custom cakes. You won’t be disappointed.

For high-quality, hand-crafted ingredients made fresh every day, you’ll find Mason Dixon as one of the finest bakeries in Huntsville. No matter what your go-to bakery item is prepared, you’ll fall head over heels for their dishes. We love mason Dixon because it’s entirely gluten-free!

Known for their motor el rate hecho sabor, Nava’s Bakery’s specialty is making cakes artistically beautiful. Out of all the bakeries in Huntsville, they get a 10/10 for presentation alone.

OUR REC: Their panuchos, or stuffed tortillas, should be your go-to order when you visit next time.

7. Le Macaron Huntsville-Madison

For beautifully crafted French pastries that are perfectly sweet in every way, visit Le Macaron. If you haven’t tried a macaron, then this is one of the bakeries in Huntsville to do so. Also, keep an eye out for the second Le Macaron French Pastries location opening in late September 2022 at Valley Bend.

OUR REC: Since we can’t choose, we recommend the dessert lovers box. It comes with your flavor choice of six macarons, two eclairs and two tarts or cake—a combo matched in heaven.
