1. Canadian Bakin
Here at Hville Blast, we love a breakfast sandwich and our fav place to grab an authentic bagel would be Canadian Bakin. It’s the closest thing to delicious New York bagel sandos.
OUR REC: For a weekend treat, try the fathead, a chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese, bacon and maple syrup sandwiched in between. It’s only available Saturdays and Sundays.

2. L’Etoile
Bonjour tout le monde! For a French-style patisserie that serves Parsian-inspired treats that feels like you’re walking les rues of Paris, head to L’Etoile.

3. The Moon Bakeshop
Every Saturday make your way to The Moon Bakeshop for their pizza by the slice dish. The food has Southern and European-influenced flavors, so the taste is unique to Huntsville. It’s something to dream about!

6. Nava’s Bakery
Known for their motor el rate hecho sabor, Nava’s Bakery’s specialty is making cakes artistically beautiful. Out of all the bakeries in Huntsville, they get a 10/10 for presentation alone.
OUR REC: Their panuchos, or stuffed tortillas, should be your go-to order when you visit next time.

7. Le Macaron Huntsville-Madison
For beautifully crafted French pastries that are perfectly sweet in every way, visit Le Macaron. If you haven’t tried a macaron, then this is one of the bakeries in Huntsville to do so. Also, keep an eye out for the second Le Macaron French Pastries location opening in late September 2022 at Valley Bend.
OUR REC: Since we can’t choose, we recommend the dessert lovers box. It comes with your flavor choice of six macarons, two eclairs and two tarts or cake—a combo matched in heaven.
