The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce honored the Best Places to Work in the Huntsville business community at a luncheon Thursday at the Von Braun Center.

Where are the best places to work in Huntsville?

The Best Places to Work program, conducted by a third party and offered annually to Huntsville/Madison County Chamber members, provides invaluable insights to company leaders through employee survey data.
Each year, more than 150 companies participate in this program to better understand their workplace dynamics, identify areas for improvement and celebrate their achievements.
Winners were chosen in five separate categories based on the size of the company. Judges picked the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners for each category.
Here are the results:
Micro Category (10-24 employees)
- Bronze: Iron Will Ventures
- Silver: New Hope Children’s Clinic
- Gold: Ampersand
Small Category (25-50 employees)
- Bronze: Systems Technology & Research
- Silver: Offset Strategic Services
- Gold: Cahaba Federal Solutions
Medium Category (51-100 employees)
- Bronze: Crossflow
- Silver: Mission Driven Research
- Gold: QTEC Aerospace
Large Category (101-250 employees)
- Bronze: TriVector Services
- Silver: Monte Santo Research Corporation
- Gold: KODA Technologies
X-Large Category (251+ employees)
- Bronze: Modern Technology Solutions, Inc.
- Silver: PeopleTec, Inc.
- Gold: Aviation and Missile Solutions
