Clift Farm building among new high-dollar building permits

Of the 11 new building permits issued in Alabama this past week for construction projects exceeding $1 million, five of them are for projects in North Alabama.

Among those new high-dollar permits is a 17,000-square foot building at Clift Farm. Here’s what we know about these new building permits:

17K-square-foot building at Clift Farm

A building permit for $2.3 million was issued in Madison County this past week to Breland Homes for a building at Clift Farm.

Some more details on this project:

The building will be 17,055 square feet.
This is part of a second phase of retail space for the 60,000-square-foot Clift Farm development.
New tenants will include Wrapsody, Lush Nails, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Madison Eyes and SuperCuts, among others.
