Clift Farm updates—County Commission approves phase II of development, + a new restaurant on the way

Big changes are coming to one of Madison’s newest developments, as the Madison County Commission approved Clift Farm to move ahead into Phase II of development, according to WAFF 48.

According to the Clift Farm Master Plan, Phase II of the development will be an 18-acre commercial development on Highway 72 between Balch Rd. and Uncle Frank Blvd. in Madison.

Phase II is expected to bring in more businesses and more traffic—an issue that developers and the County Commission have prepared for, according to WAFF 48.

More than a dozen brands have already begun doing business at Clift Farm, and even more are on the way with the news about Phase II.

Today, it was announced that Drew Brees’ Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux would open its first North Alabama location at Clift Farms, bringing Louisiana cuisine and a cool sports bar vibe to the development. We’ll make sure to keep you up-to-date with the timeline for this new spot as soon as we find out.

  • Papa Murphy’s
  • Slim Chickens
  • Taco Mama
  • White Bison Coffee

There’s also a burgeoning retail scene at the development, including brands like

  • Lush Nail Bar
  • Madison Eyes
  • Publix
  • Super Duck Car Wash
  • The Joint Chiropractic
  • Twice Daily

Additionally, single- and multi-family homes and developments are also in the cards for Clift Farm. Some of the neighborhoods are already in development, while others will come with later phases of the project.
