Are you ready to welcome a new player to the Huntsville restaurant scene? CO/OP Community Table + Bar, a highly anticipated restaurant by Chefs Luke Hawke and Marc Taft, is open for business today.

Today marks the grand opening of CO/OP Community Table + Bar, a brand new restaurant with unforgettable Southern-themed dishes sure to become your next favorite.

The farmhouse-themed spot also features a mural by an Alabama artist—but you’ll have to visit to see the whole thing. 😉

You can find the brand-new restaurant inside the Downtown Embassy Suites Hotel.

You may recognize Chef Luke Hawke‘s work from his time at Huntsville favorites Cotton Row and Domaine South, the latter of which he actually opened. Hawke is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts who is continuing his tradition of bringing delicious eats to the Huntsville area.

Chef Marc Taft is a University of Alabama grad (Roll Tide, from a fellow alum) + decorated chef who has worked in restaurants all over the Southeast. He’s also been named a top chef in the South and in the U.S. three times, and was one of Georgia’s top 12 chefs for three years in a row.
