Today marks the grand opening of CO/OP Community Table + Bar, a brand new restaurant with unforgettable Southern-themed dishes sure to become your next favorite.
The farmhouse-themed spot also features a mural by an Alabama artist—but you’ll have to visit to see the whole thing. 😉
You can find the brand-new restaurant inside the Downtown Embassy Suites Hotel.

Meet the chefs
How do I know that CO/OP Community Table + Bar will be delicious before even trying it? Check out the resumes of the two chefs behind the project.
You may recognize Chef Luke Hawke‘s work from his time at Huntsville favorites Cotton Row and Domaine South, the latter of which he actually opened. Hawke is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts who is continuing his tradition of bringing delicious eats to the Huntsville area.
Chef Marc Taft is a University of Alabama grad (Roll Tide, from a fellow alum) + decorated chef who has worked in restaurants all over the Southeast. He’s also been named a top chef in the South and in the U.S. three times, and was one of Georgia’s top 12 chefs for three years in a row.

Southern foods shine at CO/OP Community Table + Bar, with fresh takes on classic flavors like Mississippi Catfish Dip and Smoked Gouda Ravioli. Local produce will shine, and menu selections include ingredients like Madison County Farmers Market heirloom tomatoes and Chilton County peaches.
